It's important to note that upon first activation of this mode, the sensor undergoes a 15-second self-check process, during which the light will automatically turn on for 15 seconds and then off. After this initial check, the garage light will function in a standard motion detection mode, activating at night in response to human movement and turning off after 60 seconds.
